    Quick lunch workout. Pretty much the standard,

    5 min elliptical warm up

    3 sets of each:

    leg press
    seated hamstring curls
    abductor/adductor
    assisted dips
    assisted pull ups
    bench press
    lat pulls
    machine crunch

      yes, this time of year is such a tease for us! It was 70 yesterday, gorgeous today, and maybe 10 inches tomorrow! lol We expect it but we complain about it every year! ;-)

  4. Bike path run 2.48 mi / 00:30 12:05 pace

      This is a big step, Suzanne :) Is the pain expected? If so, good job pushing through it..just making sure coz I know an injury can be difficult to heal.

      thanks you guys. I have a good update, although I'm NOT getting ahead of myself and feeling TOO excited, the pain is getting better! I kicked the soccer ball around last night with the kids for the first time since AUgust and it felt much less uncomfortable. If it lasts for a week, I'll let myself get a *little* excited that maybe things are truly improving! lol

  5. Going to try for a short run tonight, first attempt since last Monday. Had the Dr. visit today. No cortizone for now as he diagnosed it as a different tendon than the pos tib. Trying an easier fix than the shot to see if it helps. Fingers crossed!

    I got to the gym in record time today so I had a longer lunch workout than usual! Did a 5 minutes elliptical warmup

      You need to develop a "shakey scale" for your workouts, kind of like how the richter scale applies to earthquakes. "Today's workout was a 6.0 on the shakey scale".

    Happy Monday! I still haven't got a good sense of balance yet on the left leg and today's practice tested me on it!

      Nice job! I did some balance poses last night and they will quickly let you know where your are on foot strength and balance.
