Ran in the pool as Scott suggested. Tried the whole swimming thing but was quickly reminded that I am not a fan of swimming :/ the run was actually quite difficult. Going to try out some Pilates tomorrow. Heres to hoping my foot heals quickly!

    If you can find a way to get your hands on it, The Complete Mat Workout Series of the Classical Pilates Technique is an excellent video on the basic, intermediate, and advanced mat workouts as originally designed by Joseph Pilates. Just sayin'... :)

    Amy- the pool run thing was a suggestion I recieved yesterday. Completely new to me but it was worth it! I could only do 30 minutes! Karen- thank you dear! Jon- thanks for the suggestion! I researched him yesterday after you comment and he was an astounding man! Thanks again!

    I pulled my adductor muscle seven week aga I was told to run in the pool as running on land was just about impossisble, i have to say and it worked wonders it's something to do with how the water compresses you as you work out I did this 3 - 4 times a week and was back up and running in no time.
