      Hope the foot heals well. Pool running is a great alternative workout which is easy on the body parts and hard on conditionng

      Oh no. I hope you get better soon. I cant offer good advice about the exercises, but I hope you have a good recovery and get better. It might be a chance to focus on other aspects like nutrition and stretching?

      Hi Suzanne, I know your pain. Broke 3 metatarsals in April. Was 10/12 weeks before I could run again and I still feel it now after a long run! Give it 4 weeks and you should be able to do some light cycling in a low gear

      Lol great minds Barbara! That exactl what i did! I just finished a ride and was just fine. I think the problem was that I was in a haze when I woke up and threw on my nike shoes which always cause some kind of hip or knee pain, presumably due to the high arch. I usually run in my vibram five fingers so tomorrow I will try that and see what happens! :)
