    My FIRST Tai Chi class! I horned in on my Mom's Seniors' Class, well... they talked me into it so I did it, and I loved it! Lot's of balance moves and core, which was really nice!

    Changed up my routine a little. Been in an exercise funk this week, so I just walked on the treadmill. Happy that I burned a couple hundred calories, nevertheless.
