    The Cheyenne Triathlon club had a get together. Run and then dinner. I wasn't into a ran so I walked with a teammate and chatted about my half ironman. It was a beautiful night. :)

    Slow and easy. My body is still so tired. It gave me time to think. My coach and I were a bad match. Yes, I plan in doing another half ironman...not next year though.

      Good for you to do a bike ride. I imagine your post-race blues are still with you. But a bike ride probably helped. It's probably a great idea to switch coaches. A different perspective is always good.

      Thanks, I'm struggling right now. Getting moving again is a good thing. I plan on hitting the mountain this weekend. I did learn something from her. Not all is bad. I'm really bummed that I didn't do better. I'm just beating myself up right now and I need to stop.

      Yep, it is on Sunday. My goal is 7:25 but I will be happy just to finish. It's my first one. If I go slow this time, it will be easier to beat my time next year :)
