    All the lanes were doubled up when I got to the pool so back to the diving pit for drills. I grabbed a lane when it opened up and did a few 50 meter sprints with 30 second rests. It was good. :)

      That's great, Susan! I have a coach for swimming workouts and he's really helpful. The swim coach is a runner, too, so we talk about running, too. Anyway, it's great to have someone monitoring your trials and triumphs (besides us on DM).
