    I feel good, swam straight. I guess I'm ready for the Cheyenne Sprint in Sunday. I'm very busy and can't see me getting any other workouts in before the race.

    800 meters in the pool, 3 miles on the bike, and 1 mile run. I haven't trained much for this upcoming triathlon. I can tell I'm going to be pretty tired after the race this Saturday.
