    Beautiful morning run with the dogs. I had a couple dogs come after me, same ones that had before, pepper spray works. It's like horseshoes and hand grenadines, you just have to be close.

      I think when it drys up a bit the mosquitos will go away. We had gotten in a real boggy area.
      I really don't have big plans. All my early season triathlons have been cancelled. We will be going to Moab in October for a 60 mile tour. Nothing else. How about you? Any big races?

      Moab in October will be fantastic! Are you with a group? Camping out as well? We head to the Grand Canyon this week for a North to South Rim Backpack trip, promises to be HOT. Five in our group. We will be biking our 24th ride across Iowa and then a week backpacking in the Wind Rivers. I have been running more trail events, ran High Drive 10 Mile Challenge in Colorado Springs on Sunday. There is a high altitude 5K at Allenspark for July 2nd next on deck. Good to reconnect with you!

    Nice day! Rode during my lunch hour. The underpasses have a lot of standing water and my bike got real muddy. I'll have to clean it before I ride again.

    I didn't have the fire or adrenaline rush I usually do for this race. I felt like I was being pulled backwards when I was running. It was much hotter than I'm used to too.
