    W3D2, it almost didn't get done. I did it on the treadmill, I realized that the treadmill may have been the cause of my knees unhappiness. I will try to avoid it.

    Lovely crisp day. My knee is a bit sore but I noticed mares tails in the clouds. Must be a little weather system blowing through. My arthritic knee is just alerting me to this change.

    The pool was busy today. All the lanes doubled up. I spent a good portion in the diving well doing drills until a lane opened up.

    I did 15 minutes of yoga to wake up and warm up, then 30 minutes if Foundation training.

    Took the dogs out. Beautiful morning. I had my hips and ankles adjusted yesterday. I feel great!

    This is hard. Foundation Training is kind of like yoga/Pilate. Slow strong movements.

    My knee feels pretty good. I can't believe how heavy my legs were.

    All the lanes were full so I went to the deep end and did arm workouts as I chatted with a friend. They have the rock wall up now so I gave that a few tries. Epic fail. Lol!!
