    Our club had a family friendly ice cream social. We all rode our bikes down the greenway and then stopped at Culvers for ice cream.

    800 meters in the pool, 3 miles on the bike, and 1 mile run. I haven't trained much for this upcoming triathlon. I can tell I'm going to be pretty tired after the race this Saturday.

      I am going up to Casper this weekend to do the Riverside Sprint. It's a fun, low key race.

      Fun! Enjoy the three sports!! Low key race for me this weekend too... Longmont Sunrise Stampede 10 K in AM and 1.2 mile Solstice Swim at 6 PM at Union Rez. Complete w Burning Wooden Sculpture and Bon Fire post race.

    First run in 2 weeks. I had a cold/flu and I had a hard time shaking it. Ran out of gas around 2 miles. It was very hot too. I don't do hot.
