    It sprinkled lightly on us, no problem. I find 50* and light rain is perfect running weather. We released a little workday stress. I'm feeling so much better now than I did when I started.

      Actually I did see vultures. Someone hit a deer or something along the highway. I'm doing this in preparation for that 50 mile run I signed up for. One moment of insanity, I filled out the form and hit send.

    The cycling club was having a circuit race tonight so we rode the course before the race. I picked up all the nails on the road with my bike tire. Nothing ruins a good ride like a flat tire.
