    All the lanes were full so I went to the deep end and did arm workouts as I chatted with a friend. They have the rock wall up now so I gave that a few tries. Epic fail. Lol!!

    The Cheyenne Triathlon club had a get together. Run and then dinner. I wasn't into a ran so I walked with a teammate and chatted about my half ironman. It was a beautiful night. :)
