I was definitely not pleased with this pace, but it was the best I could do as things heated up and started to get uncomfortable. This is a rolling hills run course with minimal shade. I was able to catch a few in my age group on the run to end up 7th in the age group. That I was pleased with, but even more pleased with the roll down slot to the 70.3 World Championships. Looks like I am racing in Vegas in September!!:)
