    I finished...and for that I'm very happy. At least the odds are astronomically in my favor for a PR next time :)
    Congrats to my fellow kiawah participants. It has been nice training with you!

      Just remember- you have DONE THE TRAINING! "The hay is in the barn." You are fully capable of running this marathon and you will! Just start out slow- ease into a rhythm and remember to smile and enjoy it, especially in that last 10k :)

    Knee has me shuffling out there and calling it quits a bunch of miles early. I am purchasing new kicks tomorrow. Recommendations welcome!

      0oh no :( Hopefully the new shoes will fix it! I've had good luck with mizuno's. Recently bought Saucony's and thought I liked them, but prefer the mizunos over them. But guess it's all what makes your feet happy :)

      Dont run any more till you get some new ones ive been there and done that get use to some new ones and your good to go!! Recommendations all comes to what you feels right Mizuno what i have the wave rider 14 and they feel great!!
