    Gym closed due to Bharat bandh. Good reason to hit the roads. Proud to say absolutely no pain today. Guess I'm doing it right, or maybe the distance is too small to judge.

    Heel strike again (repeat of the 10K scenario). Knee pain again. Tried hard to change into mid foot strike.

      Oh man. Knee pain still ? Slow and steady is the way to transition into the new form you are aiming. Hope the pain aint getting worse.

      I did actually. I ran on the mill today, so used a different pair of shoes. These are also lightweight but the support structure is different. So I don't know what's wrong.

      Sushma, u can check out Chirunning.com. it advocates mid foot landing which helps in injury prevention.
