Gym closed due to Bharat bandh. Good reason to hit the roads. Proud to say absolutely no pain today. Guess I'm doing it right, or maybe the distance is too small to judge.

I did actually. I ran on the mill today, so used a different pair of shoes. These are also lightweight but the support structure is different. So I don't know what's wrong.
