    Lots of various weights and balancing between upper and lower body reps. Plenty of crunches and some stretching. Did some sprint pace laps, too, to warm up.

      The massage sounds wonderful esp. today too.My Don & I had a fun experience with rock climbing today! It's def a lot of upper body muscle strength workout. We did it for well over an hour!
