    Really disappointed that I forgot my headphones and had nothing to listen to on the treadmill at the gym. Easy run though and it went by pretty quick considering.

    My legs felt pretty heavy today. I felt like I weighed about 1000 pounds! I can really feel the lack of sleep in these runs. Goal for this week: get more sleep! :)
