Gym Treadmill Run 4 mi
Really disappointed that I forgot my headphones and had nothing to listen to on the treadmill at the gym. Easy run though and it went by pretty quick considering.

Nice Job:
People watching helps time pass for me. Or you could've just sang out loud!

I would like to run one or them too! Not sure what the group decided to do, last I heard it was the the GG.

Great job Susan!! You should be so proud of yourself. What an incredible time for your first marathon!! I hope that nagging voice in the back of your head is still there because I need a training partner for next year :-)! Now that you are an expert, you can teach me everything you know. Hoping to see you out for a run very soon! Congrats again!
