    ran on the track tonight. It was so calm and cool. Just trying to squeeze in a run when I can. People say they have no time to exercise, I say there is always time for your self.

    enjoyed and nice run in the cool weather. Took the weekend off and enjoyed a nice time with hubby at hocking hills. We hiked around 10 miles or more. So different from running.

      Those pesky neighbors :) Unfortunately in my experience, the pepper spray works on some dogs - and doesn't faze others... I hope you find something that works!! Definitely go for the "high octane - police strength" stuff!!
