    Flabs no more challenge

    35 sit ups, 15 push ups, 50 sec plank hold. Sit ups and plank felt easier today :)

    1.5 mi at 10mm, then did 1/4 mile sprints at 9:20 for a mile. Last 1/4 mile sprint was at 9:10. Felt pretty strong the whole way!
