    Felt tired, not used to running that distance anymore. Have to get back to it. However, it was nice running with misty, frank, tracy and keith.

    A wet, icy, slushy mess! My toes were frozen at mile .5 but numbed up by the end. Tough course for sure but I placed second in age division. :-)

    Speedwork. 8 X's 400 meters, felt good to be running again. Been slacking and the weather doesn't help.

    Great time on the skis. I had to take a layer off after the first loop. My clothes were soaked after my miles were done.

    It was a tough run. I good thing I brought and changed into my trail shoes, the roads were really snowy. However, it's a great way to start to the new year!

    I got a bike trainer for Christmas but I'm not sure if I like it. I thought the treadmill was boring but this may be even more boring. I may return it and buy a cool Garmin 620 instead.
