My cross training is my class at the gym. We do weight training, but we also work the core and throw in some cardio. I recently got a bike so that I can ride to and from the gym when the weather is nice. Does walking the dog count, too?
Almost forgot: I did Karate for a while and liked that, too. Unfortunately, I work full time so I had to draw the line somewhere, there are just not enough hours in the day to do everything I would like to do
