      Yes, it is so good you are getting out there! With the side stitch, keep an eye on your fluids. I find if I am dehydrated that is one of the first symptoms. Nice one, girl!

      Ouch. I'm sorry to hear about the side stitch. I only experienced a weird stitch when I first started running so I have zero advice. I hope you figure it out! And yes, it's still good that you're getting out there! I hope the stitch isn't too discouraging.

      Hang in there Sue! Hopefully the MRI will show clearly what's going on and it won't be a difficult or long resolution. We should swap back/leg pain stories sometime!

      Thanks for the support and positivity everyone! I know people have had much worse injury and pain than me. It's just my first one so I'm an injury virgin and don't know what to do. Or how to feel. Ha!
