      My sis says that one is yoga on steroids. I've yet to do it.

      Yes. I absolutely hated it for the first 5-6 times I did it. Then it gets easier, and I started to enjoy some of it. This time I actually enjoyed the whole thing! It really is good for stretching, flexibility and all those balancing muscles that one rarely uses...

    Cycling on my single speed, with Burley and 35 lb kid. Leisurely ride by the Mississippi, some nice effort on the hills on the way back home.

    Very nice walk! Dog got tired half way and we walked at toddler pace for the last mile or so. Nice brisk pace for the first 3 miles with some nice hills to get the heart rate going.

    This is my least favorite P90X workout, but I made it through with minimal grumbling. Ab Ripper X was fair, but it was hard doing all the moves with a toddler jumping all over me and wanting hugs. :)

    Took the dog for a walk around Como sans kiddo. Lazy dog slowed me down with all of his stopping. Felt great, minus the heat. Can't wait for fall.
