good MK Marathon Training Week 3 Day 1 6.35 mi 01:06 10:24 pace

Plan was for 1m jog followed by 4m at marathon pace, then another 1 mile jog. I just about managed to do the 2 jogs at a slowish pace, the rest of it was still a bit too fast.
