    First run since October and i really didnt miss a beat. I was shooting for 21:00 but waaaay to many people to really open up with. All that core work from P90X2 really paid off.

      Good job. I'm been doing PX90x with a friend on Saturdays. It is actually helping me to get faster. We did the Asylum Game Day workout Saturday. Boy did it kick my butt!
