Ran great the first 3.2 miles, but then I had to walk. Felt way too overheated. I stopped one other time to walk, but ran the last 7 blocks home. I need to invest in some cooler running gear or find the confidence to run in a sports bra.


Wow - way to go Sarah!! Great run and ain't no shame in walkin! Do you bring water with you when you run?

Hi Mel! I usually don't bring water. I probably should start. It's a smart thing to do in the summertime!
