    Run up & down the big hill in the neighborhood and then some. Felt great even though it was a little hot. The heat slowed me down a tad but overall I am very happy!

    I was really looking forward to a long run after work, but then I got a side cramp. I tried to power through it, but ended up walking 3 blocks. Jogged the rest of the way home.

    Wanted to go for a run but I did not feel well so I took Magic for a nice long walk instead. Wore my leg weights while walking.
