    Trail running at Battle Creek. Trails was a mix of ice, mud, and nice stuff which kept the pace slow. Trails are getting better and better though and that's great news!

    Recovery run at Lake Phalen. Ran/walked first 2.3 with Nicholas. Nicholas had enough and Thomas picked him up. Then I continued on home with the run.

      Yep snow can be all gone anytime now : ) I really like gravel roads this time of year nice and soft easy on the body. Great run! Hope your trails dry up soon!

      Nice run to get back at it. Waiting to rest / heal up is kind of bothersome I think but necessary. Also nice to get outside in some nicer weather. I've enough of winter by now.
