Anyway, felt really good - especially up the hill(s?). Love the mental challenge of the hills.

I doing the 10000 steps things too man. Unfortunately my steps have been very poor. What you averaging at the moment? Me bad under 10000steps. Going for a short tramp today tho so that'll be good. You would seriously cain me fitness wise atm.
