    P90x soreness plus several hours of rehearsal and only one other run this week made for a sluggish run. Legs feel like lead

      After this run, I'm only 7 miles away from a 100 mile month. Haven't had one since January so I guess I can get that done Monday and Tuesday!

    Solid ten miler, felt great through the whole run! Found a steady rhythm early into the run and was able to maintain it. First double digit run since early March
