    This is a 10K PR on the backend of a Tri!! Flooded greenway with mud. Wore 2 blisters on R/L heel. I used the bathroom at mile 3 - took 43 seconds(yes I timed it!!)haha. low 55's.

      I can't imagine riding in that. Well, you answered part of my question about transitions. Have you considered leaving your shoes on your bike and putting them on while moving? Takes some practice, but definitely doable, and would save you tons of time!
