    Windy, bike right after swim. First 4miles and last 3 were climbing, the rest was flat - avg'd 20mph on the flats. 1 flat tire at beginning of ride - big nail in tire, meh!

    Cherokee Lake - cold! water temp 66-68deg. Kept moving to keep from getting cold. 1:56/100yd first, return trip 1:40/100yd return trip. Wetsuit swim - Xterra sleeveless.

      I looked up my power profile. 230 watts over the ride. 230 watts on flat course, no wind= 20mph avg. Not today..
