      For me the nutrition has been super tricky on the run. I prefer nothing, not even water, on even a long run, so it's been all trial and error. You will get it down, and I bet a lot quicker than me! :D

      no water? so... Oh I get it, you just run so fast that you are only out there for an hour on your long run! Really, that makes a lot more sense!
