    Good run this morning and this is my second sub 50 10K and happens to be a PB as well :)

      dont worry Sunil..initially the routine tends to make us feel a tad exhausted by the time we start the main running workout and then the change in light, gradient etc all affect our performance but over time it becomes a lot more enjoyable :-) nice one and great to have you train with the pacemakers
