    yeah.. its been a while..the injury does not seem to have healed completely. I have tried resuming couple of times, but everytime there is a hint of the pain coming back and i stop. Thinking of a longish break from running this time

    That helps. I almost took a 2 month break when I had the shin splint related injury.
