A post running club dash. I guess the interval training must have speeded me up a little as this is fast compared to my recent runs.

The weather is rubbish today Jim so that probably didn't help. June is a nice month for an ultra. I've got the South Downs marathon in June. And, with all trail races, if you can't run it, then walk it!!! Just go along and enjoy the nature :-)

Nice Job:
You'd have to be foolish not to have some doubts. You'll iron this out with more training runs and experimentation with nutrition I'm sure! Great mileage today Jim!
