I was hoping my treadmill had a real interval setting but what it calls intervals are switches between 1.5mph and 5mph. I was looking for more like 4mph and 7mph. But this was ok. I'll be really glad when the weather warms up. I know, you're all laughing at me (I live in Florida) but seriously, I can't handle cold. I ran most of this workout on incline 5 or better, with the "recovery" sections on incline 2 and 3. I either skipped the recovery sections or bumped them up to 3.5 to 4.5 mph.
