I had one of those mornings where you wake up on the wrong side of the bed and you can't figure out why you're in a bad you mood but you just are. I can't be the only one that happens to. The gym did the trick though. No longer in a bad mood and I tried a new smoothie today too. The usual banana, stawberry, milk and protein powder but I threw in 1/4 of an avocado. Definitely worth a try!
