      Its totally expected esp coz u have not been running for awhile. Try to slower down abit to a more comfortable pace. And perhaps run for a preset time of eg 20 or 30 mins without bothering too much on the distance. Get your body back to work and before you know it, you'll be picking up on distance and speed. Gd luck and good effort babe;)

      You are not alone kak tamby!! Im picking up my bits & pieces too...I swear it's tough but slowing down my pace allows me to finish of my run without futher pain, i hope :)
