Progressing in PT!
Getting run ready. Started doing leg presses, leg press jumps, and calf raises!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There still is some pain, but she said to expect that for about 9-12 more months, the tendon is partially torn, and it is going to hurt..............BUT we need to start to stress it a bit, for collagen to form and for it to get stronger.
I am worried................but I trust her,

She promised that if I wear my inserts, keep on being aggressive with my calf stretches, and gradually build up things, I will never injure that tendon more.

It is hard to let go of the boot, because they put the fear of God in me when it happened..................if I didn't wear the boot, it could be a total tear, and my running career would be you see why I am still a bit fearful!!!

She tried to get me out of the boot a week and a half ago for CB, but I was to scared, so I kept it she was a little more firm "SUE!!! Its time to take it off, you have to stress it, or it will not heal!!!"

So...............................its off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
