First time I have done this, and really liked it!!! Coached swim with lots of drills, everyone was so welcoming,and I got some good tips from the Coach!!
I see some good things happening!!!

    LOVE my masters swimming group! I trained for my first IM swimming on my own following my coach's workouts and did fine. Shortly after that race and before IMTX 2012 I started swimming with my current group and feel so much faster, more confident and enjoy swimming more. A group can make a big difference!
