First swim since IMMD where I have been happy, and not feeling sad and let down, which always happens to me after a big race!!!
I am starting to look ahead and get excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......now I just have to heal my foot!!!

    Good stuff Sue. Many have issues after a big race, especially something as big as an Ironman. So understand what you went through is normal. And now.....the very beginning of your seeds for next year.
