I FELT great!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best brick yet!!!!
Just have to keep my pacing in check, if I get to far ahead of myself, my heart rate goes up, and I start to panic.
I told myself to hold the pace, and to focus!!!......................AND I DID!!!!
