Cold and Gloomy........was looking for a way to get out of doing this run...but then I thought 'What would an IM do??"
In no time I was lacing up my shoes!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got a new pair of orthotics from my Doc, and they felt GREAT!!!! HOPEFULLY my PF will go away 100%!!
My feet felt good and happy, and they wanted to run!!! I didn't quite do the Coach's workout for the 3 miles, because my new orthotics said,"Lets do negative splits!!!!!!!!!!!"

And they did!!!!!
