Felt MUCH better than a couple of days ago.!!!!!!

Coach Steve said I could use my pull buoy if I needed to, and boy did it make a difference!!! Helps keep me afloat.
I am 99% sure I'll be able to wear my wetsuit for IMMD in Sept, which will also keep me buoyant...but you never know, so I am weaning myself off of it....but for the record, I don't like not using it!!!!!
