Well....considering I really hadn't been in the water since my last triathlon which was a year ago........
Coach Steve wanted me to swim some 200.......
I didn't have it in me, as I lost my form and breath after 100......
So I adjusted my sails:
100 breast

--The positive:
-I showed up!!!!
-I didn't use pull buoy. I usually do, to stay more buoyant, but Steve suggested I don't use it, so it certainly was more difficult!
-I am learning to readjust my sails
-I have plenty more swim training time, I got this!!!
