I am exhausted, but HAPPY!! My longest ride, ever!! The first 70 miles was with a group, our pace was 19.4. Then Smitty and I broke off, and avg 18.7. I hit a couple low spots were my legs cramped up, and felt dehydrated. I was able to pull myself out of the low spots, which is a first for me...usually when I hit a low spot...thats it for me!
So, all in all, it was great..very proud of myself...I know I'll sleep good tonight!! Thanks for all your good thoughts and wishes!!! :)
