How do you run 26.2 after riding 112?
      1. You aren't doing a test. This is why we pace. You'll be riding much easier.
      2. Running pace gets easier too.
      3. Crowd energy
      4. Race atmosphere.
      5. Desire.
I'll be sending you an email regarding the bike test and some stuff.
      Well done, big day today.

You will because you will! I did my first IM with a broken pinky toe (broke it 6 weeks prior to the IM, you can imagine how I felt!), and I ran and finished that IM! So, let me tell you, if I could do it, YOU WILL!!! πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘
