      I don’t know you, but you are an ATHLETE doing something physically incredible! Even if the absolute worst happened and you bombed hard, pooped your pants, ripped a hole in your crotch, had green boogers hanging out of your nose, and lost a shoe, you would still be kicking the butts of every single person not competing, or the rest of us sitting on the couch doing nothing 😊😊😊 I have faith in you!

      Sue, this is all part of the experience. You have proven you are ready for this and you will be fine. It may take 4 or 5 strokes in the water for things to smooth out. You are SO READY. Just try to relax and enjoy.
