      Hi Sue - I wish I was there with you and the gang today. I eventually had to opt out. My right leg could not take that pounding today. I personally say to you, good work to even show up at 7:15 am and push out the full 10 whether you had to walk the last half. We'll have to push each other along to make it through the training and race! We came this far, we'll make it.
