  4. RUN
    ASR group run 10 mi

There have been some nasty rumors going around that I don't run anymore. One of the culprits bugged out after a mere two miles at my side today. The other was a no show. Not sure what to think... read more

  5. RUN

Beautiful night for a run. Glad the J Crew brought Nathan for a tour of the city.

  6. RUN
New Year's Eve trail run 7 mi

A great way to start the evening. I'm ending 2012 with 1516 running miles. Thanks to all of you for keeping me going when things got rough. I love my running family!

  7. RUN
good ASR group rub 10 mi

Frigid (did I say that?) and frosty run. Thank goodness the ice held as the lone runner in shorts crossed it. Sexy eyelashes and extra ear lobes sprouted on this run. Congrats to Nate on the big 1... read more

  9. walk
    Back 40 3.1 mi

This was a walk/run on snowshoes in the field behind my house. Three laps is a perfect 5k. Had a blast and cleared my head at the same time!

  10. RUN
    Edgerton 7@6 7 mi

Another balmy night in Edgerton with a few slippery spots thrown in. I kept up with the "other fast group", though the sprint at the end almost took me out. They're strong!

  11. RUN
    ASR group 8 mi

Nice run. Dave had to keep the smack talk going this morning since we were missing Ryan and Steve. He's awfully good at it too!

    Fat Ass route 15.89 mi

I was quite in fashion w my orange shirt. Lots of hunters out this morning. I guess my intensive training (cough, cough) has come to an end and we'll see what Saturday brings.

Hunters were out at RC still? Or is this a different fat ass route that you speak of? Either way, great miles! :-)

This was a route from my house. I wanted to do Sue's Fat Ass run on World Running Day, but couldn't get my ass in gear to make it happen. Will you be at RC on Sat?

This is the only fat ass where farm dogs chase you and the owner watches. Let's see who has the upper hand next time puppy.
