      Its difficult to say, if time taken for 150m hill reapeat is more or not? It will depend on elevation of the hill, where you are running. Also your current fitness level. As long as you are maxim out on the heart rate at the finish of 150 meter and you are doing consistently, purpose of the workout is fulfilled. And eventually the splits will be faster as you progress.
