around my house complex 2 km
Today I tried bare foot walking....hmmm I actually enjoyed it. This was followed by 2 sets of steps of my building. 93 steps up and 93 down x 2 sets :) felt good.

I am also trying to go barefoot. The concept appeals to my Gandhian thought following. More than apartment block, try walking barefoot in a park on grass around or just before sunrise. During walks other wise we only sense with out eyes, nose and ears. Walking barefoot, i found the touch of ground and grass on your feet gives you a wholly different experience.
