    Originally planned a 5k for the evening - But His Excellency wanted to walk. So did the Velchery Main Road and The Bypass loop of 4km!!!!

    Easy and comfortable pace.

    It was very good. The best was I gave company to my friend who was just recovering from her knee injury by walking some distance with her. It was a great feeling...to give.

    It was very good. The stretches that followed were even better. Put in me back in action fast.
