    Bike ride to and back from London. It was okay until the heat started my asthma up.

      You always amaze me how you either run or bike to London and make it sound so easy! : ) Be careful in the heat...it's tough with the high temps and humidity for breathing.

    Wii fit told me I gained 11 pounds in the last 3 weeks. I don't usually care about my weight but thats a big jump. Need to work harder towards training consistently :)

      My shoes have holes in them, and they're bloodied from my torn blisters because of exposed plastic in the shoe lol
