Insanity: Pure Cardio My goal was to get through the whole thing no breaks, was going GREAT until level II burpies & my calves cramped 30sec in :( I'll gey you yet, Sean T!! Glad my ice maker can go from zero to full in less than 24hrs!!

    You'll catch back up....I'm gonna be out of house for awhile. Dont think the downstairs neighbors at the loft will appreciate my Insanity Habit. But hopin to rack up some BIG MILES next week!! :)
