Recovery Week is OVER. Left it all on the floor!!!
Repeat circuit for 20min increasing each exercise by 1 everytime: jumping lunges, burpees, push-ups, jump-lunges, t-rows (??) Made it through 12th circuit & got 13 jump lunges, but only like 8 burpees.
Then 30sec w/ resistance bands: "dead lifts", one armed shoulder press, "box-worms" Used the blacks for the leg stuff, red for my wimpy arms. . . Repeat x4
