    Skies cleared! Time for some Vitamin D. Steady and easy. Shins felt better today. Breathing was good. Balls of feet are sore from yesterday's run.

      Be careful with them shins. Usually they will be ok but pain that increases throughout a run and is worse at the end can be a sign of a problem.

    Loping for lunch. Aerobic intervals dispersed throughout run (4 x 1:00). No walking. Gentle pickups after run (6 x 100 meters).

    Moonlight run!! Steady for first 2 miles. Aerobic intervals for next mile. Steady for last two miles. Didn't wanna go at first, but glad I did once I started. And the weather, truly a gift!

      So what kind of breathing issues do you have? I remember we've talked about asthma, is that was "tightness" refers to in your recaps?

    Too nice outside this afternoon to wait and run at night. Steady run through 4 miles. No breathing issues today. No need to carry inhaler for last few runs. Pacing was managed better today.
