Pretty good. No knee pain these days, but the suspect knee still feels week by the end of a short run like this. $$ on a good sports PT when I get home, indeed!

No way! Would have been random to cross paths, I was here then too. What are you up to these days?

What are you doing there? I travelled last year for 6 months, returned July, have been working freelance since August. I'm living in Philly, and decided to get out of the winter cold after finishing a big project.

Awesome! Saw amazing things. But I did the whole thing in flip-flops. And I think I sprained my toe. :-D

went pretty okay. i took it easy, tried some different strides to see what felt best. i think keeping my feet wider apart helps my running mechanics. not sure yet, but it's all about experiments.

Steven
nice run :) thanks for adding me back.
I go to a gym called "deporte total" in Montevideo street, recoleta. There is also a chain called Megatlon that has many membership options, it's cheaper if you get a year plan or 6 monthes... and you can use any of their gyms, they have many in different neighbourhoods. But the cheaper option is always to go to a smaller gym in your neghbourhood, all depends on what you are looking for. I used to go to Olimpia Cancilleria, smaller but cheaper.
