Nice & Easy long run. I took a route that I haven't run in quite a while. Going out was not bad as far as being cold, but coming back was against a bit of a head wind and there's a stretch about 2 miles that is wide open (no wind breaks). My nose got really, really cold. I alternated every few minutes between pulling my mask up over my nose (fixed the coldness problem) and pulling it down (to take easier breaths). I got through it, but it was a tough couple of miles.


Nice miles today in some tough conditions.
